CHC Chairman Mr. Lee Pei-Lin had heard about a young neurosurgeon, MD. Lao Sokkong from Cambodia, whose, due to limited resources in Cambodia was looking for the opportunity to come to Taiwan to learn about advanced medical techniques and latest neurosurgical skills. However, due to lack of connection and funds, Dr. Lao couldn’t achieve that goal.
As Mr. Lee values talent development and training, he decided to financially support MD. Lao Sokkong to come to Taiwan, and collaborated with Tri-Service General Hospital to plan an advanced training courses for him, wishing that Dr. Lao will someday benefits his local community.
On the other hand, that helps us to contribute our effort to Taiwan’s national policy for the New Southbound medical training program.
